Belgian Malted Waffles

Waffles....who doesn't love waffles? Well, I'm sure there's someone out there who doesn't love them but...I haven't them yet! Do I have a recipe to make them from scratch? Well, yes I do but...I'm a huge fan of Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Flour, Original, 33-Ounce Cans (Pack of 3) . This is the company that provides the hotel chains for their breakfast bars. And....the company is based out of Indiana (my home state!!!). We were driving home from work and a truck passed us with Indiana license plates (we live in Arizona) so I took interest and saw that it was a waffle company. So...I checked it out and decided I needed to give their waffle mix a try. OMG...they are sooooo good! Malted Belgian Waffles!!! Amazon sells the mix and you get 3 cans for 21 dollars and change. Here's the steps to make Malted Belgian Waffles. You'll need the following:

1 Cup of Carbon's Golden Malted Pancake & Waffle Flour 1 Egg 2 Tablespoons Butter - Melted 5 ounces of water Waffle Maker ( I use the Waring Pro Double Belgian-Waffle Maker ) Heat up your waffle maker! Whisk the water and egg together in a mixing bowl. Gradually mix in the waffle flour. Once well blended, add in the melted butter.

Pour batter on to the hot waffle maker. If you have a double waffle maker, turn it over and add batter to other side. When waffles are done...ENJOY THEM!!!

***NOTE: If you are using the Carbon's Golden Malter Pancake & Waffle Flour...this recipe makes 2 Belgian Waffles...you can just double it if you need more waffles!
