Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake

Wooooo hooooo!  My first blog post!  Today is Labor Day and I have the day off of work.  Time to do some cooking.  Dinner tonight is going to be Pork & Corn Stuffing Bake.

Here is a picture and list of what you will need:

1 1/2 Cups Pepperidge Farm Cornbread Stuffing
1 Can Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
3/4 Cup Whole Kernel Corn (I like to add a little extra)
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup Celery, finely chopped
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1Tablespoon Packed Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Spicy Brown Mustard

In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, soup, corn, onion,  and celery...

Spoon the mixture into a greased pie plate...

Place the 4 boneless pork chops on top of the mixture:

Mix the brown sugar and the spicy brown mustard together in small bowl to form a paste:

Spread the paste on to the pork chops:
Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Enjoy!!!!
